Talking to Osmer its clear to see that coffee runs in his blood, he is a third generation coffee farmer, and he has dedicated himself to growing exceptional varieties like Geisha, Bourbon, and Caturra.

Four years ago, during the pandemic, he took ownership of his own 1-hectare farm, renovated it with new plants, and has been carefully nurturing it ever since.

At 32, with his fiancé by his side, he manages every detail to ensure quality in every cup.

This farm produces about 10 sacs of Geisha from 500 plants, along with Bourbon and Caturra, totaling around 80 quintals.

With a wooden dryer, roof, and processing tank, every bean is handled with care, reflecting his dedication and love for coffee.

  • Post harvest processing

After harvesting each geisha variety independently, they are pre-fermented for 24 hours prior de-pulping.

They are later washed, re-selected and dried in raised beds.
