Hi, I’m Nicolas Palinginis, and I’m excited to introduce you to Prospect Coffee Farms—a venture dedicated to supporting Peruvian coffee farmers.

My journey in the coffee industry began when I was studying business, running a small brand with my brothers selling specialty coffee. This sparked my passion for coffee, and despite working in other fields, nothing gave me the same sense of purpose as coffee did.

With the experience I gained along the way, I created Prospect Coffee Farms—a small but growing wholesale company that connects coffee lovers with incredible Peruvian producers.

 

What really inspires me about coffee is the strong sense of community it fosters, and that’s what I’m focused on nurturing. By supporting each other, we can all have a place in this amazing industry.
