Shipment #2: Special Nano-lots
After leaving Texas, I had lots of new information on what the businesses are looking for: Different cup profiles, pricing, best logistics and competitors.
All this new information has giving me a more detailed look on what to bring for next harvest, and what I can offer to each potential client in terms the variables above.
Having said that, we had several that were looking for something a little extra-special. So, we decided with Edwin to quickly prepare a new shipment focused on high scoring coffee to fit those needs.
We are going to be bringing in very special nano-lots of geisha and an experimental process Catura, that have scored 90.75 and 88 points respectively!
Samples are already in the hands of roasters and exited to see what they say.
